January Launches

We hit the ground running in January, and so did our customers in what has been a record-breaking month for listings

After a lovely Christmas break, we came back fully refreshed and invigorated, all ready to create some property website magic for our agents, and help them make the most of the market boom.

2020 looks set to be a fantastic year for our January launches who beat the rush and pressed the “Go Live” button first.

Manners Residential 

It’s always a great compliment when customers come back to us time and time again to build their websites so we were thrilled when Manners Residential chose us to build their new site. 

We have looked after Manners’ online needs for over 12 years now and we’re very proud to continue to be part of their ongoing journey. They wanted to provide their clients and customers with a super-fast, secure and user-friendly website that looks fantastic on all devices and provides plenty of information for users. When another one of our long term customers, The Letting Game, were ready for an upgrade, their experience with us had proven that we were the right people for the job.

UNAC – Universal Accommodation

Specialising in Student Accommodation, this fabulous new site for UNAC is visually powerful and you certainly can’t mistake their target market. Fast and user-friendly, students from all around the globe will have no problem finding their new Coventry University student accommodation on this great site.

 Super fresh, clean and clutter-free, we hope this website rubs off on their students!

Rodgers Estates

This is the third website we’ve built for Rodgers Estates since they first joined us in 2010. Keeping up-to-date with modern online technology has always been important for Rodgers Estates, whilst maintaining their traditional high street appeal. We think this classic design and imagery, combined with modern functions like viewing and valuation forms provides the perfect combination to meet their requirements. 

DM and Co Premium

Focusing on the premium end of the market, this bespoke site is designed to provide an exclusive high-end feel and be the starting point for a more personal individual service. Intentionally minimalistic, users are encouraged to make contact and download their stunning brochures throughout the site.

Woodward Estate Agency

New start-up Woodward Estate Agency did more than just get 2020 off to a great start with the launch of their new website, they also added incredible 360/VR tours to their list of services, and to great effect. Their stunning new site is certainly turning heads judging by their sales success already!

Orange Stone

We created this fantastic new website for longterm customers CCL Properties who wanted to launch a new online fixed fee service that would fit seamlessly with their existing services. Designed to stand alone as an online agency, this site incorporates the branding colour scheme of CCL to maintain continuity with its parent company, whilst delivering its own strong brand image.
