To help make sure that we can get your project moving swiftly we need some information and content from you.

At this stage if you are opting for a template website, please confirm your choice of templates. Your chosen template site will be edited to display your logo and brand colours, and whichever images or videos you wish to use, including text, however, the basic structure of the site is set by the template. Although a template design defines the layout of your website, we can make bespoke design modifications to them. This will incur additional costs and increase the time it takes to build your site.
You can find all our available templates here: https://www.thepropertyjungle.com/our-available-templates/
Or for examples of agents already using our templates, visit: https://www.thepropertyjungle.com/portfolio/template-websites/

When you select a bespoke option, our in-house designers will create a mock-up design based on your individual specifications for our development team to build your site from. Our development team can also work with designs from your own designer if required.
You can see some examples of our bespoke sites here: https://www.thepropertyjungle.com/portfolio/bespoke-websites/
If you are time-pressed, this work can be carried out post-launch as sites can be modified at any time after launch so it’s important to remember that a site can grow and change with your business and can often look very different just a few months after their initial launch.
To create your bespoke site or style your template, we will need you to send through a good-quality copy of your logo. preferably in a transparent png format, and your brand colour pallet with Hex codes, if possible.
We will also need to know any font specifications.
Some fonts are not freely available and although extremely rare, you may need to purchase a font if the one you wish to use is unusual and not within our catalogue.
Please include any other assets and brand guidelines, images, videos and awards with this.
Your page list will define the pages that will appear in your main menu. This is unique to your business and the services you provide.
Our Standard Templates come with 10 pages, whilst our Premium Templates come with 15 pages. You can increase the number of pages, but this will incur further charges.
Bespoke sites are all priced individually.
Every page will need content of some sort. This includes the written words that tell visitors about you and your services and provides information, guidance and advice on moving, as well as homepage videos or images, team pics and bios, and often images of your local area to add to other pages where applicable.
If you’re happy with all or some of the content from your current website, then we can copy this over to your new site. You will have the opportunity to tweak wording through our content management system once it has been added. If this is not available, you will need to provide us with new content.
If you are struggling to find the right words or simply haven’t got the time to write them down, our in-house copywriter can help you at a nominal additional cost. Your project manager will put you in touch with her upon request.
We will need you to provide quite a few pieces of information to help make your website be both legally compliant and to work effectively in capturing leads. The information provided below is for guidance and is not an exhaustive list. It is your responsibility to ensure that you comply with legislation for the location in which you operate, along with the rules of membership for any associations or trade bodies.

You will no doubt be aware of the many different property software’s on the market, and you’ll be pleased to know that we can integrate any one of them into your website.
Please confirm which software you are using to upload properties to your current site. We will then be able to request the property feed for you.
If you do not have a software provider, we can provide you with our own TPJ property software.
As you will be aware, we utilise Google Maps on your website in order to show property locations, amenity data and other location-based facilities.
Previously we took care of all the technicalities involved with creating these features for your website. Unfortunately, due to access changes Google have made to their maps data, you will need to go through a simple process to enable us to provide you with location-based services and retain Google Maps on your website.
We’ve devised a simple, step-by-step process that we’d like you to follow. It shouldn’t take more than ten minutes to go through the process, and then you can hand the technicalities back to us.
Your designated project manager will send you the details.
The sooner you are able to provide us with the information we need, the quicker we will be able to deliver your new website.
If you’ve got any questions, please do not hesitate to reach out to your project manager.
Sign off and launch
Your website will be set up in a test environment, and a link will be shared with you to track its progress and where you can add comments and request changes until you’re happy for the site to ‘go live’. Our average time from order to go live is from 8 weeks, however this is dependent on how quickly you can provide content, feedback on the proof and testing of the forms prior to launch.
You will be provided with a timescale in which you must provide any required feedback to keep the project within its allocated build slot.
We will also need access to your domain to put the website live.
If you have an IT company that handles this for you, please provide us with their contact email address. Alternatively, please provide the logins to your domain registrar.
If you haven’t purchased your domain yet, let us know at the beginning of the project so that we can arrange that for you and let you know how much it will cost.
After the site has been produced and testing has been completed it will be time to go live, at this stage your project manager will talk you through what to expect.
