Microsoft Outlook 2011 is part of the Mac OS X Microsoft Office 2011 bundle and provides full support for Microsoft Exchange services.

Finding and Setting Your Preferences
On the "Tools" menu, click "Accounts".
Click on the icon titled, "E-mail Account".
Enter your e-mail address and password, add your username and make sure the "Type:" is set to "POP".
Fill out the rest of your account details and then click on "Add Account". Your full account deytails will be provided to you.
Your email account should be set-up and ready to use. After adding your account details you have further optional extras where you can rename the account to make it more recognisable. You also have the option to edit personal information.
