URGENT ACTION REQUIRED - TSI CCAS VALIDATION LOGO
Over the last few days, many of you will have received notification from the The Property Ombudsman (TPO) regarding the new Trading Standards Instituute (TSI) Consumer Code Approval Scheme (CCAS) Validating Logo for your websites. This is not spam and requires prompt action before 14th July 2014.
We know it’s hard to believe but occasionally unscrupulous businesses display accreditation marks on their websites without signing up to the relevant code of conduct or association. This new logo is designed to stamp out this practice and give the public confidence in your business.
By using this new clickable logo, site visitors can now validate your membership to the TSI - CCAS code of conduct.
Adding this logo to your website is quick and simple. If you have received a notification, please forward it to our maintenance team at firstname.lastname@example.org as soon as possible so we can replace your existing logo with this new one.
Once we have added the logo to your website, you will then need to click on the link yourself to authenticate your membership.
New sites will require this logo to be added and must be authenticated by website owners once the site is LIVE. This can not been done during the build process as the domain will not be correct until the website is live.
Please contact us if you require any further information.
We look forward to hearing from you very soon.
