1. Start Outlook and select the Tools menu. From here select ‘Email Accounts'

In the window that appears put a tick next to 'Add a new e-mail account' and then select 'Next'

Select the option POP3. Then click ‘Next'.

Complete the fields as shown below using the username and password details supplied by The Property  Jungle. For the incoming server you should enter mail.'yourdomain.co.uk' – substituting your own
 domain name for yourdomain.co.uk. For the outgoing mail server do the same.

Now click ‘More Settings'.

Click on the tab called 'Outgoing Server'. You need to click the tick-box that says ‘My server requires  authentication' and then click the ‘OK'.

To finish you need to click the 'Next' Button.

You can now send and receive emails!
